Global talent leader Adecco Group is implementing Salesforce's Agentforce AI system to scale its recruitment operations, enabling 24/7 candidate support and automated processing of over 300 million annual resumes. The implementation unifies data across more than 40 disparate systems to create an AI-powered workforce that operates around the clock, addressing the challenge of processing hundreds of millions of resumes annually.

The system augments human recruiters by handling initial candidate engagement and resume reviews. Agentforce assists recruiters by providing shortlists of opportunities best matched to job seekers. This automation enables recruiters to focus on building stronger relationships with clients and engaging with candidates in a more personalised way.

The implementation addresses a key business challenge for Adecco - the need to efficiently process and respond to over 300 million resume submissions annually. By unifying previously disparate systems through Data Cloud, the company can now provide a consistent platform for AI-powered recruitment operations. The 24/7 availability of AI agents supplements human recruiters, enabling continuous candidate engagement.

The Adecco Group is also exploring the integration of these capabilities within Slack to deploy Agentforce directly in existing workflows, further streamlining the recruitment process.
