The deployment centres on Agentforce, a new layer on the Salesforce Platform that enables SharkNinja to build and deploy AI agents for autonomous operation across business functions. These agents will provide round-the-clock service to guide customers through purchasing, answer product questions, troubleshoot issues, and manage returns. This automation strategy aims to streamline human agent workloads, allowing them to focus on high-impact interactions.
The implementation includes Commerce Cloud integration, which will consolidate customer data from multiple sources into a unified view.
